If/When/How: Lawyering for Reproductive Justice seeks a Campus Organizing Manager (COM) to empower and organize law students through programming on reproductive and racial justice. Developing our law student base is critical to the future of the reproductive rights and justice movements, and this role provides vital outreach, support, and guidance to thousands of If/When/How student members nationwide through campus visits and ongoing virtual communication.

LOCATION: Remote
COMPENSATION: $85,000 – $90,000 depending on experience
WORK ENVIRONMENT: If/When/How maintains a virtual office and supports remote working and flexible work days, including a 4-day work week. Reimbursements for home office equipment and supplies are available. Occasionally, employees may be expected to be available during off-hours and/or to attend events (e.g., conferences, staff retreats) on nights or weekends.
